The Stanley sweetheart premium No92 shoulder plane has solid brass adjustment for smooth operation.
The thicker blade reduces chatter and is made from A2 steel for increased edge retention. The ductile iron casting withstands drops from the workbench and has finger grips for comfort in use and has a precision machined base flat to 0.003in.
This is a dual purpose plane and works as a shoulder or chisel plane.
